Although the focus in Grand Prix racing is firmly on the riders, to get those riders on track and at the front of races takes a team of dedicated people, all of whom play a critical role in the success of the team.

We chose a few team members at random and asked them to introduce themselves on video. Some of them have been with the team since our debut season in 2010 and some of them, like Moto2 rider Franco Morbidelli, are new.

The longest servicing member of the team (according to him) is Franco’s mechanic Stewart Miller, but this may be down to the Scotsman’s less than comprehensivegrasp of mathematics rather than the actual number of years he’s been with the team!
