“I think we’re on the right track, so let’s not slacken off”
“We’ve worked hard today, always looking to improve my feeling and understand how changes to the bike impact things. We’ve been riding a lot on used tyres and haven’t mounted the soft rubber. The objective is still to find the best possible base set-up that will serve as a general starting point for our work in preparing for the various races. We are still a few tenths off our potential pace, so we must keep working hard. I think we’re on the right track, so there’s no need to slacken off.”
