“My aim is to be in the top five”

“I’m really looking forward to this weekend in Barcelona and racing for the first time in WorldSBK in Europe. Catalunya was a circuit that I always enjoyed a lot when I was racing in Moto2 and hopefully I can perform well again there. I was happy with how my debut went in Australia and it was nice to have the chance to test in Barcelona last week, so we go into the weekend with some data to help us. The test gave us a good opportunity to work on the bike and myself because at this early stage it is all about building experience. It will be important to build on the good results we managed in Australia. We were missing in a couple of areas in Phillip Island, but we know where we have to improve and I’m sure this weekend we can make some more progress. My aim is to be in the top five and I can’t wait to get going.”
